how do you transfer photos from iphone to pc?

There are some photos in my iphone and I want to transfer them to my pc for editing.The problem is,none of these photos was taken by iphone so it's not easy to transfer.I have done it once before but this time it doesn't work out.I really don't know which step is wrong!Could u pls help me...

After connecting the phone to the PC, (assuming Windows), open Explorer and the iPhone will be shown as a removable disk. Navigate in there to find the photos you want and copy them to where you want them for editing.

I just used these instructions to import photos from iPhone to PC and it all worked for me. I now have these instructions saved to my Windows Favorites for future use. wink

I am struggling as to whether you are a real poster or not. You keep on responding to posts that are years old with comments that look like spam and yet you are also posting relatively normal posts. It is not usual to respond to a 3 year old thread suggesting software as it is unlikely to still be relevant - I am hoping you aren't a spammer but my spam detector is definitely tingling...
