What went wrong at vodafone?
What went wrong ? I tried asking for a PAC via the website, but nothing happened. So I phoned and asked them for a PAC, and was told that I had to do it by email.
I sent an email, and a week passed, and nothing. So I phoned again, and was told this time that I needed to fill in the form on the website. Still nothing.
So, in the end I cancelled the account entirely. Vodafone staff are rude and disinterested. I'm glad to be shot of them. Now all I have to do is to stop them sending me emails telling me that I can look at my non-existant bills online !
