Re: Three - My3 / Online top up system offline?

This problem continues... click on the £25 / 7gb topup from a voucher and by the time you've entered the codes and advanced to confirm it can switch to the £10 / 1 gb topup, therefore "breaking" your payment voucher, giving you only 1Gbyte of data usage and only £15 credit left on the account. The web page seems badly coded and it is appalling they have let this go uncorrected for so long. I have sent an email to customer services through their website interface... they won't even allow a standard email conversation to take place. Very shoddy indeed.

I think I tried that a while back and it got bounced back to me... they only respond (slowly) to the posting of emails via the hard-to-find email link on the website.

In reply to a post by CJT:
Hello DoktorEddie,

Having just read ur reply, I felt I should also reply back.

I am now aware that Three have simplified the TopUp process for MBB. Whilst I appreciate this is little benefit to the problem you had at the time, I hope that any subsequent attempts to TopUp in the future will be much easier and faster.

I have heard the improvements inc: less pages/steps to TopUp, no need to register a debit/credit card prior to TopUp, and being sent to the TopUp screen should you run out of data rather than a blank "page cannot be displayed" screen.

I'd be interested what feedback or response you get from 3's HQ.

I paid by using a £20 voucher, and found that I had 3GB,and £5.00 credit. When I was almost out of d/load, I [stupid me !] paid via a voucher a further £10.00-- thinking that the credit that I had left, would now [with the the voucher], be £15.00 [very stupid me !!]. Was it ? Of course not. 1GB for £10.00 , and still £5.00 credit !

I have only just returned to this forum page... so was not aware you had replied to my post.

Are you still having the same issues?
