3G signal dropped from the cell TX on Wednesday (23rd), and GPRS was too far down in strength to be workable. I drove out to another cell to make sure it wasn't a problem with either the modem or computer, and reported it to Vodafone.
No one at Vodafone appears to have taken any notice of my posting, as it hasn't been acknowledged, checked or added to their growing faults list. There appear to be a considerable number of users throughout the country who have lost connection to the Vodafone network, with some faults reported as "no timescale on resolution".
With no other workable 3G service out here 'in the sticks', going to another provider is not an option. I assume that the likes of Ofcom won't be interested in this loss of service. Is there anyone else to whom we can complain?
