THREE in Warwick CV34

Users of the THREE network should be aware that the mast Located near Juno Drive, off Tachbrook Park Drive, Nr Warwick Gates is not fully functional.

I have been informed by the Network Team that some of the transmitters are not functioning & repairs could take up to 28 days.

Hence I received 28 days credit for both my Phone & Broadband accounts.

UPDATE
Got a call on the 9th to say it has been fixed - Joke Ha Ha.
Next day at the problem location - NO NETWORK. After scanning for a network connected to the mast on the Technology Park, about a mile away.

Still unable to send Texts outdoors or indoors timed out after multiple attempts.
Data fails to to loss of connection.

Mobile Broadband cannot hold a connection for more than 5 minutes During the day & most of the night. Only managing to maintain after 4 am till 7 am when congestion problems cause it to drop.

Got a call from India on Wednesday 16th to say there were investigating further, Confirmed yester that they are having congestion problems.
Not surprising really as since they put in the installation a housing estate of over 1,000 homes has been built. Plus there is a business estate with about 1000 transient people by day.

The 3 mast has only 3 emmitters, where all the other networks use 6 or 8.
Network coverage in Whitnash is non-exsistant.

Was informed last night by a member of the Technical Support Team -

The mast is suffering from Congestion. A further upgrade will need to be carried out out.

This is scheduled to be completed by the 9th June 2012.

I managed to get a further 21 days of credit to both Phone & MiFi accounts.
