Mobile Phone Mast / Cell Locations

[link to this post]

Does anyone know if there is a site that shows you all of the mobile phone mast locations. sitefinder.ofcom.org.uk used to be great, but it has not been updated since May 2012.

"The last Sitefinder update was applied in May 2012, although some operators ceased providing updates some years before then."

Where i live, they have been quite a few new masts erected in the past few months, and it would be nice to know if any of them are for 4G, or for companies like relish.

I have found http://opensignal.com/ which seems it could be very good, but it also seems to be quite inaccurate too.

Sitfinder stopped being useful when T-Mobile and Vodafone won some court decision. Three and Orange were still providing data until Orange and T merged to form EE. O2 provides data on their own map/coverage site.

The networks consider the information commercially sensitive as to where their exact masts are.

If looking for 4G, get a Moto G 4G on a prepay SIM, and install one of the apps that lets you set it to LTE only mode (4G) and do a nework search. At home I get EE and Three, and in the office I get EE only showing up.
