Relish - service delivery is terrible

I went through the order process with no problems.
They have asked me to send them the scan of ID and latest bill to prove the addess
Because I have moved to new place I have sent them a scan of my tenancy agreement.
It is now Friday, the hub should be delivered on Tuesday.
I have received a text from them with link to Interlinks website, but this order has never been received by Interlink, what Interlink has confirmed.

Relish - UK Broadband is an utter mess.
From Tuesday they keep providing contradictory information.

I have asked them to cancel my order and delete my account as I don't want to keep my personal details in this flawed system.

Be careful with them and keep nagging about the delivery as they don't know what is going on.
