My wife has a Talkmobile contract. Several times she has told them to permanently remove the call bar for Europe roaming. Each time they say they have done so but when she goes abroad, France this week, it fails.
If they don't do permanently then CS should tell her she must request every time; not say they have and then do not. A friend with us on this trip had the same issue with Talkmobile.
My wife will get a new supplier today.
