[link to this post]

Ok so I am renting out a converted garage.. it has electricity and everything except it does not have a land line for phone usage.. I want to have internet so I can use on the playstation 3 as well as my pc.. is it possible to have internet without a land line? And if so what are my options for high speed internet?..

Any wireless operators in your area ? Virgin Media cable doesn't need a phone line.

Otherwise see "mobile broadband" from Three and other mobile operators.

MaxDSL - goes as fast as it can and doesn't read the line checker first.

If you want high speed you really need a land line ...

Why not have a land line installed in the garage?
