Is the Netgear n150 the Orange Netgear DGN1000 Wireless-N 150 Router with DSL Modem? http://www.netgear.co.uk/home/products/wirelessroute...
The EE/Orange Bright Box router does not have WDS and your Netgear DGN1000 wireless-N 150 does not have WDS, so they will not connect to each other via wireless, only via (wired) Ethernet cable.
And you donít want WDS it halves your LAN network speed.
