I've never seen anything like this. My Utility Warehouse customer has issues with his broadband dropping every time he checks his email on MS Outlook on his laptop. Seems to be one of two accounts that he has set up, or both. The other devices in his home net check email fine using Outlook and all other tools but whenever his laptop checks the broadband goes down and stays down until the router is reset.
Tried new router. Same issue. Spent a long time on this. Please help
