After my BT router died I have bought a Belkin AC1200 Modem Router - I have connected it and it initially worked - for 30 secs then dropped, then reconnected etc.
After ringing BT they checked the line and told me that my line had done this 500 times + in 24 hrs! As usual they also say the line from their end is fine
Then I range Belkin who tell me to change it from PPPoE to PPPoA - The Belkin although have this as a choice simply will not take it. It will not connect at all using this.
AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE??
Belkin blame BT and vice versa - meanwhile my business is down.
Any help appreciated.
