I did ask but as I was out of contract they refused bless them .
I have since bought a new TP Link router and eventually got it going using a PPPoA.
I did have a funny moment though with their technical line after checking everything and it saying it was connected but still not able to access internet etc she came up with the best 2 suggestions ever given.
How about changing my computer!! And then try turning it off for 10 mins! Have a cup of tea and the see if it works
