I've been using a BT Home Hub 4 with my Zen ADSL account for some time. In anticipation of fibre (FTTC) which is due to be connected in a couple of weeks, I bought a BT Home Hub 5, implemented the same settings I use on the '4' and tried to connect. I get the following error message: The Broadband username that you’ve entered is either incorrect or is not supported by your BT Home Hub. Please check your username and try again.
It appears that the hub is locking out the Zen username. Has anyone else experienced the same thing and is there a fix?
