Spurious Usage Alert

Early this morning (email timed 2:02 AM, 1st December 2012) I received a usage alert
Thank you for using NewNet broadband. This is an automated email to let you know that your broadband usage has now reached 100% of your monthly bandwidth allowance including any pre-paid bandwidth that you may have purchased.
Checking the usage on-line showed no problem.
Has anyone else received this message or have I been picked out for daring to complain about their service?

The water at Plusnet is remarkably warm for a company with HQ in the uplands of Sheffield smile.

I used to think they were not a good place to be, but there has been a marked improvement over the last couple of years. I have no regrets over having given them a try.

(Note that the website makes it look as though you have to take their phone rental. You don't have to).

Connection - Plusnet Extra Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 53.7/14.9Mbps @ 600m. - BQM
