email with Timico

[link to this post]

I have been trying to sort out with Timico but got nowhere. On transfer to Timico I lost access to orderform.co.uk and ability to edit email names/aliases etc - apparently ordeform no longer exists in Timico.
Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?
The name@name.mail1.co.uk email addresses still work thankfully.
Thanks for any suggestions

Hi there,

Sorry you're having problems. We've had to lock off the orderforms site for some customers while we migrate the billing information in the background. Sorry this hasn't been very seamless for you!

If you have any changes you want made please email support@timico.co.uk and we can do them for you on the back end.

Thanks smile

Kind Regards,

Hello Neil
Appreciate your reply. At present I do not need to make changes, but need to know that I can edit as and when. What is your time frame for access to orderform ?
Peter

Hi Peter,

We will be bringing it back soon, can't promise exact date yet. We're working on 'breaking' the link between email and billing (as bizarre as that sounds) as we've had to move billing systems.

In the meantime we can make any changes you need if you email us.

Thanks for your patience.

Kind Regards,

Just to say I'm in exactly the same situation.
Had no response from Timico support so will monitor this thread for further info.

Cheers,
