New kids on the block - in North Wales

[link to this post]

At last...there appears to be a new service provider working with Fibrespeed in North Wales. They are connecting homes and business via wireless and they don't seem too bothered about WAG grants either. I found this out from friends and business associates - AB Internet - are new boys in town. I've looked them up at www.abinternet.co.uk and the case studies seem to tell the tale.

I have a static caravan over there - I might just get in touch. smile

In any case, I will do some more digging and keep the forum posted.

MaxDSL - goes as fast as it can and doesn't read the line checker first.

Are your kids pirates ? Limewire, Bearshare, Kazaa, BitTorrent, eMule are all tools of the trade.

I don't know if it applies to caravans, but there is Welsh Assembly funding available for broadband. Even if (understandably?) such funding doesn't apply to individual caravans, the site owner may be able to put in an application for a link and then share around the site by Wi-Fi (either free or for some nominal sum)?

Good luck.
