Talktalk SLOWWWW

I've been with talktalk 3 days now and broadband is painfully slow.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

They have you on a 12dB noise margin which is costing you around 1 to 1.5 Meg of speed.

If you join the TalkTalk Members forum you can request them to change the line profile, to lower the target noise margin.

That is preferrable to trying to explain the issue to telephone support.
