BT vs Grant Shapps

[link to this post]

Former Tory Party chairman Grant Shapps has just published a scathing report about BT/broadband, bust just a year ago he was filmed strongly praising it.

This report has a blow-by-blow response from BT over broadband speed criticisms.

Already covered at great length here http://forums.thinkbroadband.com/general/t/4460243-b...

Discussion about the areas of the UK where you can't get an affordable broadband service (a 'not-spot') or where you can only get a download speed of less than 2 Mbps (a 'slow-spot').

See the sticky at the top of the page

Hi,

Welcome to the broadband notspot & slow-spot forum.

The purpose of this forum is to provide a space for discussion about the places in the UK where you either cannot receive any broadband service at all (without paying for a fibre to be run to your house, etc.) or where the speeds are generally below 1 Mbps.

Please do not use forum for general speed discussions if it relates to an ISP issue. You can use the ISP forums for those.

Also, if you are in a broadband not-spot or slow-spot, please register on:
http://broadband-notspot.org.uk

Thanks!
