What home router do you have? A whole bunch of things come to mind. We also really need to see the stats, we can help you get them.

Who is your current ISP?
How is your home setup? Is it Master - filter - router?
Are you plugged straight into the master socket?
How many phone sockets do you have in the home?
Does every extension have a filter connected?

Are you using any extension wiring such as this? https://www.ebay.co.uk/i/263141788549?chn=ps&var=562...

Have you considered getting a second broadband connection installed?
