Speed issue

please have a look at my stats, O2 tells me there are a lot of errors on the line, but would like your opinions. thanks for your help!

The loss of framing is the one I would concentrate on.

I would also raise the issue as to whether you REALLY wanted to be subscribed to o2 Pro with "DSL Type: G.992.5 Annex M US 56" which with your line attenuation is probably costing you quite dearly in downstream for a very marginal gain over Annex A's 1.3Mbps up (leaving aside the MASSIVE price premium for Pro with its enhanced support - so I do hope you feel you are GETTING enhanced support).

Alternatively if you are NOT on a Pro subscription then there is a glitch with your o2 DSLAM circuit and/or Modem's interraction with it and you should get o2 to put you back on an Annex A service - typically I'd expect them to reset the circuit.

With a downstream attenuation of 26db, Annex M shouldn't be an issue as long as internal wiring is as good as it can be
