Hi All,

Just to let you know that the second install has taken place and the engineer was a star. No issues placing the kit where I wanted it and wiring around the house. We now have Fibre running and are getting speeds close to the 80mbs and upload of 20mbs.

We gave the man a few cans of Guinness as he couldn't have been more helpful. Happy bunny here.

Thanks for all the help and suggestions.

Regards
Simon

Good good!

I was going to mention there is usually a lot of gear. Better in a cabinet in a cupboard or utility room.

Can look like: https://simonhowes.files.wordpress.com/2016/09/img_5...

That also includes Sky and Freeview via fibre optic.

Believe that is an IFNL install rather than an Openreach one
