ADSL24 Murphx - peak and off-peak seperation

[link to this post]

Hi,

Has anyone's ADSL24 Murphx account started breaking down off-peak vs peak? Their customer services appear to think my usage is all inclusive, when clearly in the session logs the majority of it is off-peak!

Apparently they're getting a fix in according to their forums, but there's nothing been communicated, which is making tracking usage a little tricky.

Thanks

Why not post in the thread on their forums and ask for an update or send a ticket? James has said that people won't get charged for going over the peak usage (as long as it's not overly excessive)

Tried registering, but cannot post hence posted here. Where did you see the comment about not being charged for slight overusage of peak? Thanks

They certainly have, so all is sorted. Nice gesture that, just gotta hope they can sustain a reasonable quality of service now.
