Been with them a year. Can't fault the actual ADSL but the customer service ......

How far back are you going in your Primus search LOL?

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 53.4 (interleaved)/15.6Mbps @ 600m. - IPv4BQM IPv6BQM

No idea, but others may do. They now use the name Fuel broadband.

I wasn't asked to specify a time limit on my search. Maybe time to archive some posts?

You must be using a different search page to me.

BTW Specsavers would probably have a better idea of how my order is progressing than EE. I thought I'd experienced the worst of customer care from previous providers, but it would appear I was wrong! frown
