does any one know what Vivaciti's phone support times are ?
I cant see anything on there website.

I guess it'd be "standard" business hours then, 9 to 5 Monday through Friday.

I thought sales was m-f 9-5 but support was longer and included weekends?!

call them and press the relevant buttons - sure I have called on a weekend before

or drop them a ticket

Support phone lines are open 24x7 365 days a year.
Sales, customer services and accounts are Mon - Fri 09:00 - 19:30

I do agree! Vivaciti is just too lazy and can't be bothered to put on their site, very poor indeed. Not a good way for residential customers.
