Vivaciti not connecting. Any issues?

Anyone else having any issues with Vivaciti MurphX connection

Got home from work an hour ago and no internet.

I have 2 routers and had switched to my older DG834G V2 and this is showing as Synced fine,but router logs showing CHAP failed.

Switched to my DGND3300 V2 and again connecting fine but CHAP failed.

What i noted that I am syncing higher than usual on the DGND3300, the old DG834 was in ADSL mode not ADSL2+

Before i switched to the DG834 i was suncing around 4000k aith a SNR of around 9.

Now the stats are:
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 5033 kbps 1023 kbps
Line Attenuation 59.5 db 34.8 db
Noise Margin 5.8 db 6.1 db

So looks like target SNR dropped to 6db ?

The connection status is as following:

Connection Status

Connection Time 00:00:00
Connecting to Server Failed
Negotiation LCP down.
Authentication CHAP authentication failed
Getting IP Addresses ---
Getting Network Mask ---

Seems wierd in getting 5 meg for first time since first joined the service (and things then stabilised down to 4 meg)

Looking at the Vivaciti account page it said the connection session ended around 10am this morning

Where you part of the username change that was completed on some of our connections? You would have received an email some time ago about it.

Have you raised a ticket with them or rung up?

Ahh thank you for help i was on the old accessdsl username

I not used my main PC for a few weeks so added me mail to my mac laptop

For some reason the email did not download on my mac, and couldn't go back and check for emails on my main PC as no net lol

Connected my iPhone into mac and deleted mailbox and re-done it and voila downloaded the emails again and found the email!

I am now connected again. Though shame about the change in IP gotta go fiddle with me server stuff now. Well hope things get better.

I didn't call up yet as only got home from work and always wait a few hours after fiddling with routers, settings ect to see if things resolve themselves or come back online after leaving router off for awhile. Prefer to try and resolve things myself before getting onto tech support, thus loking on here to see if other reports ect. As i work in tech support too, and know what its like
