vivaciti packages

[link to this post]

Hi folks

Can anyone tell me the difference between these two vivaciti products?

http://www.vivaciti.net/product/1/home-internet/9/br...
http://www.vivaciti.net/product/1/home-internet/25/b...

One is listed as a premium package, and the other is listed under LLU services.

I'm assuming they are different networks perhaps?

Thank you.

The difference between the 2 products is that the first link refers to a BE Wholesale product & the second refers to a OPAL (Talk Talk Business) product.

If you can get the BE product it's a better option due to the adjust-ability it offers.

Hope this helps.

Migration completed.

While on O2 I needed to have noise introduced to my line due to re-syncs.
This happened a couple of times, so my speed dropped from an initial 17Mbps to 15Mbps, for my line to be stable.

Strangely, while connected to Vivaciti, my SNR is happily sitting at 6db, and my speed is 19Mbps, which is higher than I've ever had while being on ADSL2+

So, a happy bunny here.

Thank you Vivaciti.

Good to hear things are good.

However!

Being pedantic, you are still on ADSL2+. Just not O2's. tongue

I know. I was making exactly that point. Maybe my post suggested otherwise?

In other words, why would things be different, if I'm basically on the the same thing. tongue

I didn't think of playing around with word emphasis smile. Maybe a "since" or a "whilst" would have been clearer. A very risky nick you have tongue smile.

Hmm....

I was under the impression I was signing up to an O2W product. It seems, if my traceroute is any thing to go by, I'm on an Enta product. Am I missing something?
