Is the errornous message i always have got when i tried their checker tool, and i'm not the only one
My line is a standard BTwholsale active line, and it has been so for the past 7yrs and i have in that time had several different ISP and broadband products
it's not my number or line it's the xilo checker
So you may save time if you input your telephone number into that first
,because if you too get the same error you won't be able to place an order with xilo/uno unless matt can do a manual override these days
