Xilo - Please Note

I note that there is a thread relating to sales call going unanswered and have noted the Xilo response.

I am a Xilo customer and I recently recommended you to a friend of mine who was moving house. He contacted me and said that he could not get through to you having tried repeatedly over several days. He was not too enamoured at my recommendation given that he had wasted his time.

I noted your response in the earlier thread in respect of giving attention to existing customers and wanted to advise you that I will not likely recommend your product to anyone else.

Shame as you are a good company.

Your not alone, Had a ticket open to just get a package canceled since the 18th with zero response. (Fobbed off with unable to help when calling as well)

We are working to improve this and have some new starters on board.

Happy to get in touch with the customer concerned if you want to mark a ticket for my attention or call the support line where there are no issues contacting us - sales are however limited to the amount of calls taken as mentioned before.
