I am a Xilo customer and I recently recommended you to a friend of mine who was moving house. He contacted me and said that he could not get through to you having tried repeatedly over several days. He was not too enamoured at my recommendation given that he had wasted his time.
I noted your response in the earlier thread in respect of giving attention to existing customers and wanted to advise you that I will not likely recommend your product to anyone else.
