Yes I'm having problems too. I'm on one of the surfwise connections.
Tracert times out after a few hops so I'm assuming it's a problem with daisy's equipment.

Me too. I opened a ticket, my line has dropped from 11mb to 9mb, i think this was from when the change over happened with new user login details. Need db noisd changing I think I read as it defaults to 12.
Seems back to me. I initially thought it was a DNS issue but when I did a trace from the router only got about 3 hops in to the DNS server then nothing. Logged into my user area to see the same message as is on the forum. Hope it's fixed now.
