Vivaciti intermittent outages.

Anyone else? Started around 10pm, router appears to be connected, but messengers signing out and signing in over last 15 minutes.

Yes I'm having problems too. I'm on one of the surfwise connections.
Tracert times out after a few hops so I'm assuming it's a problem with daisy's equipment.
Can't get a Web page up now, writing this on my phone.

+1 on this I'm afraid

Currently tethered to my Nexus 4 on ThreeUK. Been intermittent since about 10PM, connection dies on the jump between daisy and gxn.net

Hopefully it'll be working tomorrow.

Me too. I opened a ticket, my line has dropped from 11mb to 9mb, i think this was from when the change over happened with new user login details. Need db noisd changing I think I read as it defaults to 12.

Vivaciti has posted on their forum a major outage on their LLU connections, but nothing as yet under the surfwise connection.

Seems back to me. I initially thought it was a DNS issue but when I did a trace from the router only got about 3 hops in to the DNS server then nothing. Logged into my user area to see the same message as is on the forum. Hope it's fixed now.

Was an outage across the wholesale network. My Xilo connections also came down at 10pm and fixed within 4 hours. Still no reason given...
