Assuming your router is ping able it must be at your end. Tried rebooting router and doing a ping test through command prompt?

Oh and what gateway you on? Will end in .50-.55 and your router will tell you

Can you give me an example as to where in the router I might find the gateway the only thing I have found is something ending with 191.53
