Morning all smile

Please Coms can you now tell us what is going to be happening to our service after the dire speed weekend and packet loss that you were supposed to have fixed by the traffic management which is as erratic as anything could be and not at all in line with the times you said it would be on/off

Hello Coms where is the promised announcement for today regarding our wonderful service????? Or have you not finished playing with your new speed throttle toy yet??

Announcement has probably been delayed by a few days.. they need to test out what it's like throttling people to 15kbps, 10kbps and 5kbps before they can give an accurate idea of just how much they hate torrent/usenet users /s

Well I just got this from Paul in a PM

And I quote"I'll post an update shortly but as a taster I can confirm that we have captured some really useful data. Initial results show that about 10% of our customers use P2P and that those users (largely) equate to about 50% of the total bandwidth usage although not all of that data is P2P.
