Drop outs on TTB LLU (Xilo) - router stats inside

[link to this post]

I seem to be experiencing some occasional buffering on video streaming and disconnections from gaming servers recently. It's not happening often but it's noteworthy because my connection has always been rock solid up to now.
Here is the quality monitor I was running today and there is a lot of packet loss at 01.45 this morning - nobody was using the broadband at the time- http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/share/505aa3fa8af...
Edit: Thinking about it I may have got up to go to the loo about that time and put on Tunein (internet) radio to lull me back to sleep!

My router has been logging in it's stats at such times 'MTU couldn't be increased to 1500'. It's currently on Xilo's reccommended TTB setting of 1432.
The router stats are below, does this point to anything in particular?

What do Xilo say? I remember when I was on TTB on Vivaciti I used to experience dropouts at 2am due to TT doing work, router would sometimes logout for up to an hour. Could this be the packet loss you are seeing?

I haven't raised it with them yet, thought I would ask here first to see if the MTU log entry meant anything to anyone. Whilst the log mentioned records this at 01.45, the same entry is recorded at other times also.
