Dependent on your requirements, Sky seem to be ok... and will be better if you have TV as I'm sure they could give you a good offer....

Currently I wouldn't recommend Plusnet due to some congestion issues on their network, but still not had any official word from them past "were looking into the reported issues"

Plusnet Unlimited 21CN 4200/800 @ 4.2Km > TP-Link TD-W8968v3 - BQM IPv4
Plusnet Fibre Extra 66000/20000 @ 450m > HG612 (Unlocked) > Linksys LRT224 - BQM IPv4

No not all isp's block /censor the internet, but you will find that the bigger isp's do have web blocking ,

I'll be honest and say I'm not sure but it does seem that all providers will end up with sites being blocked in the near future...

Plusnet Unlimited 21CN 4200/800 @ 4.2Km > TP-Link TD-W8968v3 - BQM IPv4
Plusnet Fibre Extra 66000/20000 @ 450m > HG612 (Unlocked) > Linksys LRT224 - BQM IPv4

I doubt that this will ever happen, As ISP's do not sell to anyone under the age of 18 yrs, therefore supply services to adults only, so no need for web blocking, AAISP won't block because the nanny state wants to control/dictate what we can and cant see,

From this page on the AAISP website:-
If you are a subscriber then the Communications Act (as modified by the Digital Economy Act) means we will have to pass on copyright infringement reports we get about your IP addresses; count those reports; include you (anonymously) in lists we have to send; and maybe take measures to block or restrict your Internet service.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync 60000/16961kbps @ 600m. - IPv4BQM IPv6BQM

I was talking about piracy...

and as RobertoS has highlighted, all ISP's have to conform to the same rules...
