Plusnet value fibre with unlimited calls?

[link to this post]

Hi,
I have never used Plusnet before so I hope existing users can offer some advice. I am with O2 broadband (3mb), my exchange now has fibre.

I am considering the value fibre package with unlimited calls. Has anyone experienced any issues with either side of the package, fibre or calls?

It is mainly for my parents so I am a bit worried about switching from BT.

Thanks

Can't help you on Fibre.

Note that the calls package isn't unlimited, it's Anytime (ie 01/02/03 calls are limited to 60 minutes)

"Anytime calls: Means calls to UK landlines beginning with 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 at anytime.

Hang up and re-dial before 60 minutes and you won't be charged. Calls to indirect access numbers and dial up internet access are excluded. See the Home Phone FAQs page for more details about call charges.

25% discount to top international call destinations: Get a 25% discount on call rates to: EU, USA, Canada, Australia (incl. Christmas Islands & Cocos Islands), New Zealand (incl. Chatham Islands)."

I've been on that call package for some time with no problems.
