PlusNet Extra Package Traffic Management and UMA

Hey, try to help someone who have trouble with UMA, we connect but every time a call comes in the phone drops the call.

UMA requirements are as follows

System Requirements and Support for Wi-Fi Enabled BlackBerry Smartphones
BlackBerry® Data Services* Requirements
Routable path of device to the Internet via TCP/IP on port 443
Optional UMA/GAN access—routable path from device to the Internet via TCP/IP ports 4500 and 500

Anyone know if the traffic management might be cause this problem or knows of anyone other reason why we might be having problems.

I know others who use UMA with our services however I've also dealt with customers who've had problems with some of the router models we've supplied in the past.

I can see you've contacted me via DM so I'll make some further suggestions as to what we could try via that avenue.
