Pete,

Closing tickets isn't going to help us answer them, I'm sure we're not ignoring them deliberately but I'd be happy to take a look if you can give me your current username.

Nevermind, found the account. Sorry to put it so bluntly but if you don't give us chance to reply to tickets I'm not sure how you expect us to fix your problems.
