Slow & intermittent emails

Hi All

Anyone else seeing this:-

Mailboxes requesting name & passwords???

This happened a short while ago but the emails eventually came through but on the last couple of 'refreshes' of the emails send & receives it has done it again. Kind of odd so just what is going on with the mail servers???

Seeing Mail problems too on Madasafish, cant even open Jim's link.

Glad I am not the only one and also like you the community page that Oldjim gives the linky for fails to open???

Ooops just checked again and though it took an age did open. Reading it I gather they have an issue that was due to be resolved by 17:30hrs....................................bigger problem than it first appeared methinks frown

The link doesn't work for me either. Webmail hasn't been working this afternoon and evening, but plusnet's status page says everything is OK

Link worked again slowly but basically everything seems to have gone pear shaped at one of the main data centres.

Hi all,

Just to confirm we're experiencing a problem at our Victoria Quays data centre in Sheffield. This means that the portal, webmail and a few other services will be down at present.

Work is underway to get this fixed ASAP.
