Copied from the Plusnet forum: The line drops, there are loads of errors, the connection slows down because of the errors, I just want a connection that doesn't disconnect and that connects at about 6Mb which is the speed which I should get on my attentuation.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear the connection's not working at the moment. Have you raised a fault on this? If so please advise of the ticket ID and I'll chase it up and get you an update on the latest. If not, and the line still drops with the router plugged into the master socket and all phones removed from the line, please raise it to us at http://faults.plus.net and we'll get it investigated for you as soon as possible.

I have raised a fault but every fault I have raised before is returned with "the line is fine". Could you please take ownership of the fault?
