Interleaving Email to my Parents

My parents received an email in the early hours telling them that Interleaving was being turned off at their request.

Now they don't even know the Username/Password for the Portal let alone request for Interleaving to be turned off.

I've created a ticket but just wondered if any Plusnet CS reps here can shed any light?

As far as I know, they've had no probs with the line and it's sync'd at aroung 17meg at present.

It's a glitch in the product change system related to the new products and can be ignored as nothing happens

Thanks Jim - yeah they replied to my ticket with the same info. Weird how it's just popped up now as they've had 21CN (18meg) since June!
