Error running BT speed test

[link to this post]

I logged a ticket yesterday to ask PlusNet to investigate the speed of my connection and I got a response overnight asking me to run some more speed tests (from www.speedtest.btwholesale.com) to give them more data to analyse the problem.

Although the basic test is OK (saying 2Mbps frown) when I try to run the "Further diagnostics" as requested I get an "HTTP Status 500" error followed by a Java stacktrace.

Does this indicate that the test has a general problem, or could this be a problem at my end?
Any suggestions gratefully received...!

Thanks,

Judy

The link didn't work - this is one which does http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/
Diagnostic part works fine on Firefox 18.0.1 and Java isn't installed

Ah yes, the link I posted accidentally acquired an extra ")" on the end - sorry!

However my original problem looked like it was at the server end and that seemed to have been cured (or fixed itself) by the time I tried again.

Thanks for checking this for me so I'm now giving the updated info to Plusnet...
