Is there anyone from PlusNet Sales / Support that can help me with migration to the Fibre service? Looks like I may need to get set up via TR-69, and have ability to remote manage the router after the install since I probably won't be at the location at install time (unless there is some way that can happen on or before next Wed Jan 30th).

What router to use / can I use my own etc.
I'm abroad at present and hence difficult to make calls into Sales / Support; I could sync via email or could also receive calls during business hours tomorrow (if that's an option).
