Early migration?

We're supposed to be migrating in tomorrow, but our O2 connection went down this morning. Not had any info from either company. Are early migrations a thing?

it can happen - try plugging in the router - do you have ADSL but no internet.
Try putting the Plusnet login in - if that works great.
If not phone in and ask for early activation
