Provisional installation date

I'm hoping someone who has had fibre installed can answer this for me.

I received a provisional installation date which is for tomorrow and in the email it said that the appointment would be confirmed but I haven't received any confirmation. Should I still be expecting it to go ahead or does no confirmation mean no appointment?

Hi. Thanks for replying. I messaged customer support at the same time as making that post and got a reply within an hour confirming the appointment. My Internet was installed yesterday and I'm getting full rate so I'm an extremely happy customer.
