ISPA Award 2013

[link to this post]

I received email from plusnet about installing a software which will measure speed for the ISPA award.
I installed the software but it messed my PC.
All the usb drives were not working.
The computer keeps hanging and when I tried to reboot I got the blues death screen.
Has anyone installed the software and what are their experiences?
When I uninstalled the software all my USB drives started working and the computer stopped misbehaving.
Regards

The software is doing nothing with USB drives, and has minimal impact on the registry.
What operating system were you running? And which AV suite?

If you have deleted the software then the log file has probably been lost now, but if there is a txt file at C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\tbbSpeedTester2013 then email a copy to andrew@thinkbroadband.com and I can see if there was anything unusual in the logs.
