Not a lot wrong tonight. Sync 68014/20000, no interleaving for about a week since OR engineer visit, but I don't expect that to last much longer.

Does activity on your connection lead to different latency spikes on the BQM dependent on the time of day?

I just posted this on the community forum showing the different effects of a HD youtube stream on my BQM in peak and off peak periods.

Apart from that though I'm only seeing minor losses in speed during peak at the moment.

I've never tested it as I don't experience a problem. The latency increases are at a time I rarely use the system anyway and I'm not worried. Nor do I game.

Reading on from your post in that thread, it looks like they are homing in on the cause thank goodness, as it's causing a lot of hassle when people are asking about migrating in.

My BQM on the last two evenings shows a disturbance at the same time as it has for weeks, but not as bad.
