The Estimated Speeds are in terms of sync. The speedtests are of throughput.

As XRaySpeX says. You clearly have an 80/20 full speed connection.

If you have a Huawei modem it is easily unlocked, so you can get full stats and more. If it's an ECI you still can but nothing like as easy.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,website and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 54.2/15.2Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

If you run a BT Performance Test and then click on Further Diagnostics and enter your telephone number, you will obtain the IP Profile for your line. If this is 77.44Mbps you are synchronising at the maximum possible rate of 80Mbps. If not, multiply it by 1.033 to obtain your synchronisation speed.

I was estimated 69/20.

Downloads are approximately 73/18 with a latency of 10ms.

Plusnet reports my line as 78mbps.

I was estimated 56/18. I download at approx 74/18 with a latency of 11ms and Plusnet report my line as 78Mbps. BT engineer said I was roughly 450-500m from my cab. A vast improvement over my Sky fibre speeds.
