Signed up and used my MAC code from O2. Also decided to keep my phone line with BT and pay £75.98 first month and £19.99 there after! (oww).

I selected the extension kit on sign up, but did not see it get added to the order summary.

Is this normal?

edit: also when do I find out when the engineer will visit?

I booked all mine online at the time of ordering, another thread there is a problem with the dates but you do get notified.

Hi Narz,

Yes it's normal that the data extension kit isn't shown on the order, but we'll make sure that the engineer who turns up to do the install for you has one.

Likewise our provisioning team will be in touch regarding the appointment as soon as one's been booked and confirmed for you - should be within the next couple of days.
