Can a rep please look at ticket number: 71204343 ??

This is driving me insane - constant timeouts, pings gone from 18ish to 40+, video constantly buffering.

PlusNet have done tests and said nothing is wrong but as my thread here proves, something happened on 24th June and connection is pretty useless since.

Here's my latest graph.

I've checked for radio signal that could be affecting it, plugged modem into master socket and checked internal wiring - nothing inside my house causing this.

Very interesting one indeed! Weird thing is that I've just checked our Firewall Logs in work and they confirm what I thought about disconnecting the SSL VPN at about 18:20ish!

I'll install that monitoring software and see what I can see.
