New fibre user - no authentication?

My fibre modem was installed this morning but I'm unable to connect to the internet ( authentication failure ). How long does it normally take to connect once the modem is connected?. I tried ringing the help line but the waiting times are 25mins and when I raised a ticket( 73341455) the lead time was 11hrs plus.

I have same problem as had fibre installed this morning and after the 15 mins no authentication.

Sent orbrey a PM to see if I can get it activated before midnight.
