Another Plusnet satisfied customer post

We have placed 3 orders with plusnet for phone and broadband over the last few months. We had 1 problem with one of the orders. The order failed on the online process. This was rectified by contacting them by phone. Then this same order had line and openreach fault problems. Again this was fixed last friday. Finally today we had an failed authentication problem with the router when setting up the broadband for the first time. Again Plusnet were very good and resolved the issues.
We have had various communications by phone with plusnet with all our orders. We seem to speak to someone different on each occasion. They have always come across as very friendly, knowledgeable and customer focused to resolve any problems.
The only downside is the waiting times on the phone. Apart from that we have been very impressed with Plusnet.
